Patient Info

New Patients

To provide and maintain high quality medical services we request that new patients book an extended first consultation to allow our doctors to gather the appropriate medical history. Therefore, standard consultation appointments are recommended unless there is a special requirement.

Home Visits

Available to our regular patients under special circumstances or by special arrangements with relevant doctor.

Practice Consultation Fees

First Health Medical Centre is committed to provide comprehensive GP cares to all individuals and families in the community. All patient consultations and medical records are kept strictly confidential. Staff are committed to maintain patient confidentiality at all times. To ensure the security of your health information, we do not provide medical information over telephones and do not release patient information without identifiable authorisation.

Cancellation policy

We are committed to provide high level of cares, comfort and personal services for all our patients. As part of this commitment, we have a cancellation policy in place. Patients are required to cancel pre-booked appointments at least 4 hours in advance of the scheduled time. This will allow patients on waiting list to seek medical services in the same day.

Recall and reminder system

Our GPs take pride in providing continual care for all our patients. Your doctors will ask your permission to be included on our recall system. We routinely recall patients for results of their recent clinical investigations. You are also reminded to return to discuss medical reports from your specialists or hospital attendance summaries. The centre may send you a reminder from time to time if you are due for annual health checks or follow up with chronic disease care plans. If you do not wish to be part of this system, please inform your doctors or receptionists.

Appointments

We run an efficient appointment system whereby routine appointments are scheduled for ten-minute intervals. If you have complicated medical problems, please book a longer consultation. For appointments, please call 9799 6299 for Hampton Park Clinic, 9763 6663 for Rowville Clinic and 8790 6488 for Casey Clinic. Our friendly receptionists will try their best to accommodate your needs. Appointments for the 3 clinics can also be made online.
